We are pleased to announce that Centralis has recently made two further acquisitions, taking the total number of acquisitions since CBPE’s investment to four. CBPE partnered with Centralis’ management in October 2019 to accelerate Centralis’ international growth strategy, combining continued organic growth with a buy-and-build strategy to increase its geographical network and service capabilities to meet clients’ demands for a sophisticated global provider.

Vandenbulke is an independent law firm exclusively specialising in Corporate, Finance and Tax law with more than 15 years of presence in the Luxembourg market. Centralis will acquire Vandenbulke’s SPV management department which provides corporate administrative services for institutional and professional investors operating in Luxembourg.
