'Mid-Market Exit of the Year 2024' award - Perspective Financial Group
We are delighted to share that our successful exit from Perspective Financial Group Ltd won the ‘Mid-Market Exit of the Year' award at the Mergermarket British Private Equity Awards 2024.
In May 2024, we sold Perspective to the US private equity firm Charlesbank Capital Partners, achieving a 5.4x MoC for our investors. During our hold, the business more than quadrupled its EBITDA from £5 million to £22 million at exit, while also making >50 acquisitions. Throughout this period, Perspective maintained its client-centric culture and high advisory standards, distinguishing itself in the industry.
